With over 20 years in Education and Social impact roles Karen brings an enormous amount of experience, expertise and passion to the table. Karen believes that growth and continuous improvement is paramount to success in any arena. For this reason, she tenaciously pursues innovative and effective ways to facilitate healthy ‘eco system’ where development and learning is cultivated, providing opportunity for all to thrive. As a result, Karen offers coaching that is action focused, working to strategically and authentically develop and enhance personal passions, skills and leadership capacity.
Raj has over 25 years’ experience in Strategic Technology Enablement. His expertise spreads across various industries from Academia, Banking, Telecoms, Government, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Utilities, Real Estate, and Financial Services. He has worked on well over 1000 IT & SDLC related projects in his career, and, has managed 120 projects portfolio, valued at +- USD 500 million, implemented 270 projects during this period and manage a team of 16 people. He has been on the Board of Directors of several companies and is a past President of the Computer Society of South Africa. His formal qualifications include a BCom (Information Systems), a Masters in Professional Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration.
